During an initial intake appointment, we will review your current nutrition and lifestyle habits as well as goals, preferences, and health history. This allows me to create recommendations that are personalized to you! Follow-up appointments are recommended to discuss progress, challenges, and come up with solutions to keep you on track.

All appointments are conducted virtually either via phone or through HIPAA-compliant video conferencing software. I am able to work with clients in Colorado as well as other states depending on individual state nutrition laws.
